"Deep Calls 4"

I  have returned to this wonderful spring along the Pedernales River in the Texas Hill Country many times over the years and am always pleased to find the waters consistently flowing. It speaks to me of one of my favorite passages in

Psalm 42:7 "Deep Calls to deep at the sound of Your waterfalls;  all Your breakers and Your waves have rolled over me.  

8 The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime;

and His song will be with me in the night, a prayer to the God of my life." NASB

Many of my favorite subjects are places to climb into
 - hiding places, secret and protected places.
I love strong contrast of light and shadow, depth and luminosity.
Light best shines when it illuminates the darkness.
I invite the viewer to enter these quiet and peaceful places to enjoy a few moments of rest in environments that become so special.
